Punctuality - avoid stealing other people's valuable time

Interrupting other people during Green Light time impedes their functionality. Likewise, try not to let others steal your time to their own benefit.

Meetings during Red Light times (especially internal meetings!)

Organise meetings with clients and colleagues during red light time so as not to keep you from focusing on prospects during green light time. Make sure you understand the objective of the meeting and if it's not in your interest then don't attend. Time is money.
